Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MJR Development Limited, trading as Mojoro. By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1.1 We own and operate the website at mojoro.net. Our site provides a convenient way to shop for pet lifestyle products and accessories online.
1.2 By using our site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.3 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notification. The amended terms are effective from the date they are published on our site. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
2. Definitions
2.1 In these terms and conditions:
- "we", "us" or "our" refers to MJR Development Limited, trading as Mojoro
- "you" or "your" refers to the person using our website or purchasing our products
- "products" or "merchandise" means the goods you order through our site, including pet accessories, lifestyle items, and personalised embroidered items
- "personalised items" means any products customised with embroidery or other personalisation at your request
- "site" means our website at mojoro.net and any associated pages
- "content" means all text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, and other material featured on our site
3. Orders
3.1 When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase the products you have specified at the price stated. By submitting your order, you confirm you have the authority to make the purchase.
3.2 We will send you an order confirmation by email upon receipt of your order, providing details of what you have ordered, the price charged, and estimated dispatch and delivery information.
3.3 We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient stock to fulfil your order
- No delivery available for your area
- A product was listed at an incorrect price due to error
3.4 If we cancel your order we will notify you and refund any payment made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 business days. We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for any inconvenience caused.
3.5 Once an order has been submitted and confirmed, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mojoro.net if you need to make a change. If your order has already been dispatched, changes can only be made through our returns process.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate but reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
4.2 If the price of a product has changed between the time you placed your order and the time we process it, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment transactions are processed securely by Shopify — we do not store your credit card information.
4.4 Title in the products does not pass to you until payment has been received in full.
5. Products and Product Safety
5.1 We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.
5.2 All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
5.3 Product safety and use: You shall ensure that products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable, and you are fully responsible for exercising all necessary skill and care in handling and using the products. You expressly acknowledge and agree that MJR Development Limited assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given in relation to the products, and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The products shall be accepted by you entirely at your risk. Some products, including toys and accessories, may present a choking hazard to pets and children. You are fully responsible for monitoring the proper use of products around pets and children, including following any care and usage guidance provided. Pets and children should never be left alone with products without adult supervision.
5.4 We do not warrant that the quality of any product will meet your expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Personalised and Custom Orders
6.1 For personalised and embroidered items, please double-check all details — including the spelling of your pet's name — before placing your order. We are unable to make changes to personalised orders once processing has begun.
6.2 Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6.3 Personalised orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days to allow adequate time for production.
7. Delivery
7.1 We deliver to addresses within Hong Kong only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
7.2 Delivery is carried out by local courier service. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
7.3 You will become the owner of the products you have ordered once they have been delivered to you. Once delivered, products are held at your own risk and we will not be liable for loss or damage after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property and Content

15.2 Promotion codes are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Any unused value will be forfeited.
15.3 If an order is cancelled or eligible for a refund, any promotion codes used in that order may be forfeited.
